— Advertising Policy —

  • The publisher reserves the right to decline or cancel any advertisement which is contrary to magazine policy.

  • All advertising rates are subject to change. Advertisers will be notified by the publisher 30 days prior to rate changes.

  • Advertisers and their agencies assume all liability for contents of published advertising, including text and/ or illustrations.

  • Invoices are sent on the day of publication. Payment is due 30 days after the invoice is sent and a service charge of 1.5% per month will be rendered on past due accounts. A 2% discount will be given for payment in full at the time of insertion.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will not be accepted after closing date.

  • Advertisers and their agencies who turn in materials after the closing date forfeit proofing rights.

  • The publisher’s liability for any act, error, or omission in the acceptance, publication, and/or distribution of their advertisement for which it may be held legally responsible will not exceed the cost of the space ordered. The publisher will not under any circumstances be held liable for consequential damages, including lost income and/ or profits.

  • The publisher will not be held responsible for acts of God, fires, strikes, accidents, or other occurrences beyond the publisher’s control (whether like or unlike any of those listed herein) that prevent the publisher from partially of completely producing or distributing Pif Magazine.
