Eugenie Hero, originally from New Orleans, received a BFA in Acting from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. While in New York, she performed in numerous Off-off Broadway productions including Woyzeck, The Three Sisters, and Earth Spirit. Eugenie adapted The Yellow Wallpaper into a one-woman show that she performed at Skep Performance Gallery in SoHo and subsequently toured to New England high schools. She has performed her original movement-based short stories in Salt Lake City's The Proving Ground Concert Series, The Field - Salt Lake City, New Orleans' fringe performance festival Dramarama 7 and has appeared as a guest artist with Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company.
