Talim Arab was born in London and grew up in Australia. He studied English literature, Chinese and Education at The University of Queensland. He won third prize for the Arts Queensland Unpublished Poetry Award and runner up for the Thomas Shapcott Award for an unpublished poetry collection. He also won the Queensland State Library Young Writers' Award. He has a passion for ballet, pianos, and cosmology. His novel, The Square-Shaped Tear, is available on Amazon and Smashwords.com.
